Mike Bowler listed our house on January 25th.  He applied much enthusiasm, expertise, & diligience in making sure the listing was placed out in the market. It was in the local real estate magazine, Coldwell Banker's website, & various other national real estate websites.  A virtual tour along with an explicit description of the house was wonderfully done. We had numerous showings right away & within 3 weeks had a firm offer and we closed on April 1st.  During these rough times it was a miracle that the house sold that quickly and we had a lot of questions as to how that had occurred by neighbors, friends & family.  All I can say is just watch Mike in action!  He has had numerous years in the business and knows what to do when the market is down.
