Mo was originally an elementary school music teacher for 14 years, before starting a Century 21 franchise, in Oklahoma in 1975. After building it to the third top-producing office in the nation she sold it to Merrill Lynch Realty.
In 1992 she became a Keller Williams Realty licensee, landing the regional director role for Oklahoma and became the co-owner of two Keller Williams market centers in Oklahoma and in 1995 Anderson became President and CEO of Keller Williams Realty, Inc.
In 2002, Mark Willis was appointed the position of President and CEO in 2005, presenting Mo with the opportunity to serve as vice chairman of Keller Williams Realty, Inc, which she still holds today. Mo's overall focus has been on the general cultivation of the culture of Keller Williams Realty, Inc, which allows her to travel across the United States and Canada
to examine and visit various market centers and promote education by teaching classes.
Anderson has twice been named as Oklahoma’s Women in Business Advocate of the Year by the U.S. Small Business Administration. She serves, or has served, on the boards of Edmond Memorial Hospital, the Francis Tuttle Vo-Tech Foundation, and the Daily Living Center.
