NAREBŪ is the abbreviation for National Association of Real Estate Brokers.  NAREBŪ is comprised of African American professionals in the real estate industry.  Membership includes residential and commercial real estate sales agents and brokers, loan officers and mortgage brokers, title companies, appraisers, insurance agents, developers and more.  The focus of NAREBŪ is serving the needs of the underserved.

Members of NAREBŪ are called REALTISTŪ.  Although composed principally of African Americans, the REALTISTŪ organization embraces all qualified real estate practitioners who are committed to achieving the ideals of our vision, which is "Democracy in Housing".

HUD Homes
A HUD Home is a property acquired by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and are sold "as is".

$100 Down Payment Initiative
HUD is offering buyers of HUD Homes the opportunity to only put $100 down at closing.  The buyer must purchase the home with FHA financing and offer at least the asking price.
