The National Real Estate Board was formed in 2009 to assist in stabilizing the real estate market by expediting the offer process through a newly designed Dynamic Offer System.  This offer system is based on the reverse or "Dutch" auction system.  This allows the seller to automatically drop the price at set intervals until an offer is received.

The NREB also uses the system to provide real and up to date comparable information to assist in the appraisal and data collection systems used nation wide.
