Overall How Accurate are Zestimates?
Category - Home Selling FAQ's - General Home Selling

Zillow says that their data shows that the majority of their Zestimate home valuations are within 10% of the selling price of the home. Of course, to a certain extent this depends on the accuracy of the home data they receive. Zillow Zestimates are less accurate when it comes to unique homes (e.g., luxury mansions, unusual designs).1
