The Phoenix Association of RealtorsŪ (PAR) is a private trade association and was organized in 1896 as the Maricopa County Real Estate Association. Early in the 20th century, it reorganized as the Phoenix Real Estate Board. During World War I, the Board discontinued active programs. The Association was revived early in 1918 and was chartered by the National Association of REALTORSŪ as a member board in 1918.
