This NAR report provides valuable benchmarking information on different types of referral fee programs, including affinity, corporate relocation and internet lead generation. Brokerages were surveyed to create an independent evaluation of referral and relocation activity, including participation in referral programs, source of clients and benefits of programs to firms.
