Your original painting or pen & ink drawing will be a
true handcrafted work of art. By that, I mean that I will not use any
technology more advanced than pencils, sketch pens and watercolors to
create your paintings.
Unlike traditional architectural renderings that are more formal, a fine art painting will be created from your photographs that capture the spirit and emotion of a lived-in property. These are very appealing to both sellers and buyers of residential properties.
However, if you prefer a formal rendering, I do that too.
