Rita Santamaria opened Champions School of Real Estate in 1983 and today operates seven campuses across Texas. Rita's deidcation to real estate education and the real estate industry is reflected in both her schools and the students that go through her programs. Besides the countless number of awards she has earned for her work, Rita's commitment to the real estate industry goes way beyond the norm. After the 2005 Hurricanes along the Gulf Coast, Rita offered the victims of Katrina free real estate education to the former residents of Louisiana and Mississippi who relocated to Texas.
