Ruthann received her Florida Real Estate license in mid 1990's, following a relocation from the north-east to the Space Coast of Florida. She has consistently been a top producing agent in both the field of general residential real estate with ERA Showcase Prop & Inv. as well as in new home sales for Lennar Homes, earning her top recognitions for Customer Service, and multi-million dollar sales achievements.
This full service professional earned her Florida Broker's License, joining ERA Showcase Prop & Invest in Brevard County, where she was the managing broker in both their Suntree and Palm Bay offices for several years before returning to the field. During that time, Ruthann was responsible for recruiting, training and developing programs to facilitate the growth of both new and experienced agents, to achieve their maximum potential.
Additionally, Ruthann is an approved Relocation Specialist through the Cendant Relocation network and other major corporate relocation programs, both for domestic and international markets. She has experience handling Tax Exchanges, Short Sales, First Time Homebuyers as well as Retirees and military families in her marketplace. Ruthann is member in several organizations including the Palm Bay Florida, Chamber of Commerce.
