Should I accept a VA offer?
Category - Home Selling FAQ's - Selling Legal & Closing
As a seller it shouldn't matter to you what type of financing the buyer has chosen as long as you close on time and get the price and terms you are looking for. VA is a great program for veterans. VA financing allows buyers with higher than average debt, lower credit scores and no money to put down a chance to own a home. Keep in mind that the VA works a little slower than conventional or FHA type financing.
