| Should I close on my next home the same day as my current one? |

| It would certainly be most convenient if you could close on your current home and then immediately close on your new home. The danger of scheduling back-to-back closings is if there is a problem on the first closing it could easily affect the following one. Since many people are involved and must coordinate different schedules it could quickly become a hassle. If at all possible a better suggestion would be to close on the current home one day and rent back a day or two until the following closing. This way if an unwanted surprise comes up there is time to work things out. |
