Should I have a copy of my utility bills during my showings?
Category - Home Selling FAQ's - General Home Selling
It's not a bad idea to have your utility bills out if you know for sure they are reasonable. If they are excessively high, you may not want to volunteer that information without being requested to. It makes no sense for you to give the buyers a reason to walk away. Let them do that on their own.
