Should I let the buyer come to my home before the closing?
Category - Home Buying FAQ's - Financing
Yes, within reason. Sometimes a buyer will want to take a look through the home before closing so they can make measurements for future arrangements such as furniture, carpeting, etc. If it's just to see the house again and no other reason you may want to let the buyers know they are more than welcome to see the house during the final walkthrough.
