| This is a relatively new Internet marketing technique is being used more and more often. Anytime you increase the exposure to your home the more likely it is to find a buyer. However, they are rarely, if ever, the sole reason a buyer purchases a home. It's more of a listing tool than an effective way to sell a home, as sellers like to see a tour of their home on the Internet. Homes which sell that have a virtual tour will most likely sell had they not had one. |
