Should I offer a home warranty?
Category - Home Selling Questions - Staging & Marketing FAQ's
That is strictly up to you. Offering a warranty offers added protection to the buyer's investment. It makes the home more appealing to the buyer versus a similar home that does not offer a warranty. If you don't offer a warranty the buyer may ask you to supply one in order to reach an agreement. Many homes are sold that do not involve any type of warranties at all.
