Should I place a classified ad?

As a FSBO you may want to seriously consider placing a classified ad. Buyers do search the local papers for homes available. Be sure to research the pricing of a classified ad, as they can be extremely expensive. Also, be aware that when you place a classified ad in the paper you are giving notice to Realtors that your home is for sale and you should expect a lot of calls from them to list your home.
