| That is a loaded question. So much depends on how much money you need, when you need it, the status of the renters, market conditions, etc. Basically, if your finances are not a problem and you don't mind dealing with tenants then renting may be a good choice. If you need the money to move into your next home and/or don't want to deal with tenants then selling may be the best choice. Call you attorney or financial planner for advice |
