| This depends on your motivation and market conditions. If your home is in a hot market and it's only been on for a week then you may want to look at other offers. However, if you're in a down market, showing's are scarce and you haven't had an offer in six months, you may seriously want to take a contingent offer. Consult an attorney or Realtor for advice. |
