Signature Homes & Estates was formed in 2002 by Broker Gary Frimann, as an independent brokerage to serve all of Silicon Valley and the greater SF Bay Area.  Signature Homes & Estates has sold homes in most of the counties in the Bay Area, with agents located throughout this area.

Signature Homes & Estates has the only Certified Brokerage Manager (CRB)  and Accredited Buyer's Representative Manager (ABRM) to serve the Southern Santa Clara County area.

Gary Frimann has been in the real estate industry since 1986, starting his real estate career as a loan officer for Security Pacific Bank, and has worked also for a mortgage bank as well as a mortgage brokerage.

Nancy Frimann obtained her real estate license in 2004, and her Broker's license in 2007, and is as a co-owner.
