WS Homes, Inc. is a privately held real estate development company based in Bloomington, Indiana. The company focuses on developing homes with distinct architectural styles in infill areas that integrate into natural surroundings. WS Homes created Bloomington's first smart growth community, Renwick.

WS Homes evolved from Wininger Construction, a company that was founded in the 1920s by Bloomington carpenter Henry Wininger. In the 1950s, Henry's son Tim Wininger, Sr., joined him in the business. Today Tim's son Tom Wininger is the third generation to join the business.
In the late 1980s, Tim Wininger, Sr.'s long-time colleague Eric Stolberg founded Wininger/Stolberg Homes. In 2005, Eric's son Aaron Stolberg partnered with Tom Wininger to create WS Homes, the construction arm of Wininger/Stolberg Homes. Today, Aaron Stolberg serves as President and Co-Owner and Tom Wininger is the VP and Head of Construction.
