The pre-license course contains instruction on a great number of real estate terms.  In addition, the pre-license course will teach you how to list properties, sell a property, property management, the settlement or transfer of ownership process, financing, tax and insurance pro-ration, professional responsibilities, legal fair practice requirements and general administration skills.
