What Happens If A Condition Is Only Partially Satisfied?
Category - Home Selling Questions - Selling Legal & Closing FAQ's

If a condition of the contract is only partially satisfied, the buyer or seller has the right to terminate the contract or renegotiate the completion of the condition to his/her satisfaction. The purchase contract is a legal document, which binds all executing parties to the precise terms of the document.  Failure to comply with the contract requirements places the offending party in breech of contract.
