What Is An Insulation Disclosure?

The insulation disclosure refers to a Federal Trade Commission requirement formulating that real estate brokers, builders and sellers of new houses must disclose the type, thickness and R-value of the insulation installed in the house.  In addition, brokers must show the required facts in all listing and earnest money agreements.
