What Questions Should I Ask An Agent When I Interview Him Or Her?
Category - Home Buying FAQ's - Search & Offer

Some good questions to ask an agent during the interview are:

Ø       Do you work full time or part time?

Ø       How many other buyers are you representing and how many listings do you have?

Ø       Will you personally handle the negotiations for the purchase of my property or will you delegate some of the work to another agent or assistant?

Ø       What brokerage company are you affiliated with and how long have you been with them?

Ø       How long have you been working in this area?

Ø       Do you live in this area?

Ø       Can you obtain area information for me, such as schools, ratings, county information, etc.?

Ø       Can you develop a comparable market analysis for me when I find a home I like?
