When signing a lease agreement, the tenant holds responsibility for all members of the family, visitors, invitees or guests to comply with the rules and regulations applicable under the lease agreement and any homeowner association rules governing the subdivision.
The tenant and all members of the household, as well as guests may not conduct unlawful or other activities, which may cause harm or endanger the health and safety of others or would otherwise create a nuisance.
Should the tenant or any guest or household members break any of the rules and regulations governing the lease agreement, the property owner has the right to terminate the lease immediately. |
