| There are many ways to handle multiple offers based on what the offers are (this may a good time to get advice from your attorney). Most sellers will look at the offers and work with the best one first. If the offers are nearly the same, a seller may give them all back to the prospective buyers and ask them to each give their best offer then choose from the new ones. The best situation is when the buyers start competing for your home and create a bidding war. |
