What if I need more than the CMA says?
Category - Home Selling Questions - General Home Selling FAQ's
You are in control to price your home at whatever amount you'd like. A CMA is just an estimate of value. Depending on market conditions you may be able to get much higher than the value established in a CMA. There is no rule as to what you have to price your home at. Keep in mind, however, that your prospective buyers will most likely have their own CMA done on your house and if your price is too high it may result in lower offers or no offers at all.
