Will my closing take place on my contract closing date?
Category - Home Buying Questions - Moving for the Buyer FAQ's
Everything is done to close on the date specified in the contract. However, since there are multiple parties that have to coordinate separate schedules there is a good chance that the closing will take place on a date other than that on the contract. You should know plenty of time before hand when the exact date and location the closing will take place at.
