Zac Pasmanick began his real estate career in 1979, and started building the “Zac Team”, which now has 28 members, in 1993. He has been the number one RE/MAX agent in Georgia on numerous occasions, and consistently ranks as one of the Top 10 in the state. His designations include CRS, CRB, and GRI.
In 1997, Zac was inducted into to the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame, a career achievement award presented to only 3% of RE/MAX sales associates. Today’s Realtor Magazine, the official magazine of the National Association of Realtors, selected him as the ideal example of “Today’s Realtor” in 1998. Zac publishes the award-winning newsletter, The Zac Report, and also maintains an award-winning website, www.zac.biz.
In 2002, Zac was honored with the Circle of Legends award, given to only 13 of 70,000 RE/MAX agents worldwide. The “Zac Team’s” total sales volume for 2003 was over $54 million. In 2004, the team placed 45th out of over 89,000 RE/MAX agents worldwide, and was also honored as the 6th top team in Atlanta by the Atlanta Board of Realtors, not to mention maintaining their spot as the #1 RE/MAX team in Greater Atlanta. |
